We’re looking for a Demi Pastry Chef de Partie who wants to work in an environment that is unforgettable, enchanting and guest focused.

As our Demi Pastry Chef de Partie you will be responsible for creating handcrafted delights, such as zesty Lemon Tarts and silky Milk Chocolate Mousses — an elegant fusion of East and West. You will be integral to the production of delectable dishes, serving stylish modern food in a relaxed but fast-paced environment. Your talent will ensure our guests have the best dining experience in our Fuji Grill.

Shift Pattern

  • This position will consist of 45 hours per week, working any 5 days out of 7.
  • The hours for this position will typically consist of: 15:00-23:00 or a 11:00-16:00 and 17:00-23:00 split.

Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum plus tronc
