As our Spa Duty Manager you will be responsible for leading and managing the spa team, as well as the day-to-day operations of the spa. You will be fully committed to delivering the highest quality of customer service, as well as professionally engaging with members and employees to create an environment of warmth, compassion and fun.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing the day-to-day operation of the Spa, ensuring the Spa is run efficiently, profitably and smoothly.
- Leading, encouraging and supporting the team to deliver excellent standards of service.
- Maintaining an active presence in the Spa reception and other key areas.
- Ensuring the health and safety of guests and employees are paramount at all times.
- Providing tours for prospective members and selling membership packages.
Who you are:
- Experienced in a Luxury Spa environment is essential.
- Passionate about health and wellness, with experience working in a Holistic/Wellness environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- A problem solver and confident in making decisions.
- Have strong attention to detail.
- Well-spoken and excellent written skills are essential.
Shift Pattern:
This position will consist of 40 hours per week. You will be flexible in working any 5 days out of 7, including weekends and bank holidays. The hours for this position will typically consist of 09:00-17:30, requiring some flexibility dependent upon business needs.
Salary: Up to £34,994 per annum dependent upon skills and experience, plus tronc and commission.
