The Role

As Head of Guest Experiences, you’ll be the warm, confident and impeccably presented host who sets the tone the moment our Guests and Members arrive. This is a hands‑on, front‑of‑house role where charm, precision and a passion for 5* excellence are essential. You’ll lead the Reception, Hall Porters, Duty Managers, Guest Relations and Night Team to deliver a seamless, standout service for every guest, every time.

The Person

The successful candidate will possess proven 5* hospitality experience, with a strong background in adhering to LQA standards. Drive exceptional service quality through proactive walk‑rounds, impactful coaching, and a dedicated focus on continuous improvement. As Head of Guest Experiences, you’ll manage the departmental budget, attend P&L meetings and represent the Director of Guest Experiences in their absence as required. Confident and front-facing, you’ll greet Guests and Members by name, build guest relationships, recognise VIPs and create standout moments that define our 5* experience.

Shift Pattern

The ideal candidate will be flexible, working any 5 days out of 7, this will include weekends and bank holidays.

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependant on experience) plus tronc.
