The Role
- Ensuring service is performed at a professional standard, at all times.
- Keeping employees well informed of restaurant goals, budgets and standards.
- Obtaining feedback from guests and sharing this with the Restaurant Management and Chefs, in order to improve service.
- To be consistently aware and promote all services offered at Beaverbrook.
- Ensuring the billing procedure is thorough and accurate for each guest.

Shift Pattern
- 40 hour week, the ideal candidate will be flexible in working any 5 days out of 7.
- The typical hours for this position may consist of: 06:45-17:00, 11:30-22:00, 11:30-01:00 or 15:00-01:00, with some variation dependent upon business needs.
Salary: Up to £31,644.30 per annum including tronc.
