The Garden House and Garden House Cottage are the epitome of English country charm. An eclectic combination of locally sourced ingredients create Anglo Italian inspired dishes, where menus move with the Kitchen Garden’s season.

We are looking for experienced Bartenders who want to work in an unforgettable environment, providing an enchanting experience to our guests. As our Bartender, you will enjoy interacting with our guests and take real pride in delivering exquisite cocktails or creating a simple mixer drink. Our Bartenders are intuitive, have immaculate attention to detail and rise to the challenge during busy periods.

You will work closely with the rest of the Food & Beverage team to deliver exceptional service in an enthusiastic and charming manner; our Bartenders do make lifelong friends here rather than just working with colleagues. Your product knowledge, flair for creativity and engaging communication style will allow you to play an integral role within the restaurant team, setting and maintaining first class standards.

The Role

This position will consist of 0 guaranteed hours per week on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be flexible in working evenings and weekends. Shift hours typically consist of 0700 - 1600 or 1500 - 0100.

Salary: £12.71 per hour plus tronc
