- Proven bar management experience within a luxury or high-end environment, ideally within a Hotel setting.
- Demonstrates real presence in the bar, a natural host.

- Leading daily operations from the front.

Salary: Competitive
Shift Pattern: The suitable candidate must be available to work 45 hours per week any 5 days out of 7. Evening and weekend availability is essential.
