Beaverbrook is a carefully curated collection of two luxury hotels; our estate surrounded by the Surrey Hills and our urban Town House in central London. You will be located in Leatherhead within the heart of the brand, set amidst 400 acres of beautiful, privately owned countryside.
As part of our Culinary Department, you’ll be joining as our Senior Night Baker, responsible for producing high quality baked goods to meet service and production needs across the hotel. You will ensure consistency, creativity, and excellence in all products while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and food safety.
The successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of laminated doughs, fermented doughs, bread, sourdoughs and viennoiserie; however, for the right candidate, we will provide the necessary training.
You will have:
- Previous experience as a Baker preferred, in a hotel, restaurant, or production bakery; however, this role would also be suitable for a Pastry Chef de Partie who wishes to expand their bakery knowledge and skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.
- Excellent time management skills and able to work to deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, efficient and responsible.
- A passion for baking and willingness to learn and develop.
- A genuine passion for the culinary arts and the desire to progress in this field.
We can consider sponsoring skilled workers, who currently hold a valid certificate of sponsorship that was issued before 22nd July 2025.
Shift Pattern: This position will consist of 40 hours per week. This position will be night shifts, which are typically 23:00pm - 7:30am with flexibility as required by business needs. We can offer flexibility on days off.
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience, plus tronc.
