An exciting opportunity has become available for a Junior Buyer to join a pioneering organisation within the Nuclear industry. The Junior Buyer will have gained some prior commercial experience within procurement - ideally with knowledge of the nuclear or engineering sectors.
The Role
The Junior Buyer will join the wider Procurement team to support the business across a range of activities, including but not limited to supplier management, purchase order processing, cost analysis, contract support, and market research.
The Company
The Junior Buyer will join a leading organisation in the Nuclear industry, contributing to a supportive and collaborative team environment, which rewards hard work and innovative thinking. The successful Junior Buyer will be based in Warrington 2 days per week, but travel to other sites may be required on an ad hoc basis.

What’s required of the Junior Buyer?
- Prior commercial experience within procurement, ideally working as a buyer, along with a relevant degree within Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related
- An understanding of procurement processes including supplier selection and negotiation
- Some experience of having used an ERP system
- Current SC clearance or eligibility
