Job Summary As Senior Product Manager (Maternity Cover) , you will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for our Hair Extensions category across Beauty Works, Hairtalk Germany and future EMEA markets.
You'll be responsible for driving category growth through innovative product development, commercial strategy and successful product launches, while ensuring exceptional quality and customer experience.
Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Quality, Education, Regulatory and Finance, you'll own the NPD process from concept through to launch, building a market-leading product portfolio that delivers against our commercial and brand objectives.
