Beauty Works operates internationally to both salon professionals and directly to consumers and is owned by a Beauty Industry Group based in Salt Lake City, holding the largest share of the hair extensions market in the world.
The Senior Key Account Manager β Retail is responsible for the strategic management of Beauty Worksβ key retail partners during a 12-month maternity cover period. This role will lead the development and execution of account strategies that drive brand presence, operational excellence, and sustainable growth across UK and selected international retail accounts.
This role requires a commercially minded, confident relationship builder with strong retail experience, capable of operating autonomously in a fast-paced beauty environment while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class retail partnerships.
