Job Summary
The Production & Events Co-ordinator will be responsible for the management and development of the shoot production planning and events co-ordination for both B2C & B2B customers, focusing on planning and communicating campaign launches and critical path strategy across different marketing channels. The ideal candidate will be customer focused, an expert planner and enthusiastic about bringing multiple elements together that will resonate with our customer base.
Role Outline
- You will work with the brand, e-commerce, sales and creative teams to bring together a cohesive production schedule and manage the communication between parties for all pre- and post-production elements.
- You’ll be responsible for the Retail (DTC) & Trade salon (B2B) pre-production plans including agreeing & negotiating talent, model casting, tracking costs to budget, co-ordinating stylists and MUAs, sharing call sheets and shot list requirements.
- This role is also responsible for briefing all crew and shoot teams on campaign objectives and shoot requirements to ensure campaigns run smoothly, are briefed on time, come in on budget and assets are effective.
- You’ll also work closely with the Creative Production Manager & Brand Manager to ensure all copy writing elements and post-production creative assets required are captured on shoots, collated into a style guide and accessible by various channel managers for briefing.
- You’ll work with the Brand Manager to define Retail (DTC) event programs or launches, helping to coordinate talent, suppliers and budgets.
Candidate Profile
- 4+ years’ experience in a client side or agency, Shoot Manager, Events or Brand Campaign Marketing role.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Social & Influencer experience desirable, not essential.
- An enthusiasm for the Beauty Works brand, its communities and popular culture.
- Proficient in copywriting, PowerPoint & Excel and campaign, event budgeting.
- Excellent communicator – able to give clarity on priorities and set team direction for strategy.
- Ability to form good working relationships with internal teams and external clients.
- Project management skills and strong organisational skills.
- Foreign travel may be required in this role.
- Comfortable leading projects and communicating across departments.
