  • We're looking for an experienced and proactive

Quality Control Manager (Maternity Cover) to lead our EMEA Quality Control function, ensuring every product meets the exceptional standards our customers expect.

Based at our Northwest Warehouse, you'll lead the Quality Control team, oversee product quality throughout the product lifecycle, and work closely with Product, Operations, Customer Service, Warehouse and global manufacturing partners.

You'll play a key role in protecting our brand reputation through robust quality processes, supplier management and continuous improvement.

  • Role Outline & Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach and develop the EMEA Quality Control team.
  • Own the end-to-end Quality Control process across all product categories.
  • Oversee product inspections from pre-production through to customer claims, ensuring products meet quality, safety and regulatory standards.
  • Investigate quality issues, identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Partner with Product Development to support new product testing, approvals and continuous product improvement.
  • Manage supplier quality performance, building strong relationships and driving ongoing improvements.
  • Monitor customer complaints, manufacturing faults and quality trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Produce quality KPI reporting and provide regular performance updates to senior leadership.
  • Support Warehouse, Customer Service and wider business functions with quality investigations and technical guidance.
  • Maintain product specifications, quality documentation and Quality Management System records.
  • Key Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance management role.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience managing supplier relationships and manufacturing partners.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with experience developing high-performing teams.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable travelling internationally when required.

Desirable

  • Experience within the beauty, cosmetics or consumer goods industry.
  • Knowledge of root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience working with international suppliers and factories.
  • Experience using ERP and customer service systems such as Net Suite, Zendesk or WOS.
