The Key Account Manager – Retail will support the Senior Key Account Manager in the day-to-day management of Beauty Works’ key retail partners during a 9-month maternity cover period. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their commercial retail experience within a fast-paced beauty environment, supporting account growth, retailer relationships, and operational delivery across the UK and selected international accounts.
Working closely with internal teams including Marketing, Supply Chain, NPD and Operations, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth account management, strong retailer execution, and excellent customer service.
