Job Summary
Reporting to the Brand Manager, the Influencer Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies focused on increasing brand awareness, engagement, audience growth, as well as driving traffic and revenue via influencer marketing. You will be confident building relationships with influencers and agencies and manage campaigns from start to finish. You’ll work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure Beauty Works is represented authentically across various platforms.
The ideal candidate will be both creative and analytical, work well under pressure, and be a great team player with excellent communication skills. You will be acutely socially aware and full of ideas, reacting first to social trends and initiating those best suited to our audience and brand messaging.
Role outline
- Lead our global influencer marketing strategy, exploring and discovering new talent and setting KPIs relevant to each social channel against brand and commercial objectives.
- Review and report on channel performance on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
- Manage influencer budgets and overall KPI\’s, ensuring targets and objectives are met across vertical.
- Execute paid influencer and gifting campaigns across all levels – micro, macro and VIP/ Ambassador, ensuring that Beauty Works is hitting key demographics and maintaining a presence across all key social channels.
- Liaise with wider teams in social, CRM, Paid Media and Ecommerce to execute 360 marketing campaigns and amplify influencer coverage.
- Strong understanding of existing and upcoming social media platforms and how to utilise within Influencer marketing.
- Nurture relationship with key agencies, talent managers and direct talent, as well as all global and brand ambassadors.
- Supporting with planning and coordinating influencer events including product launches, salon events and styling suite / PR events.
- Working closely with the wider marketing team on content priorities in line with product focuses on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Provide leadership and guidance for 2 direct reports in influencer team.
