Beauty Within is a well-established, busy boutique salon beautifully situated in the heart of Didsbury. We pride ourselves on creating a warm, welcoming, and relaxing escape for our loyal local clientele. Offering a comprehensive range of high-quality treatments, we are looking for a skilled and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our dedicated team and help us meet growing demand.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, professional therapist who loves what they do and thrives in a friendly salon environment. You will deliver a wide array of beauty treatments, ensuring every client leaves feeling pampered, confident, and valued.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform a diverse range of beauty treatments to a high standard - manicures, pedicures, BIAB nails, waxing, tinting, facials, lash treatments (LVLs) and all things massage. Would be advantageous if you have experience in micro-needling.
- Provide thorough, professional consultations to tailor treatments to individual client needs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, building rapport and maintaining excellent client retention.
- Ensure treatment rooms and nail stations are kept pristine, hygienic, and welcoming.
- Manage bookings and advise clients on aftercare.
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Beauty Therapy.
- Minimum of 2 years salon experience.
- Confident experience working within a salon environment.
- High attention to detail and a passion for the latest beauty trends and techniques.
- A warm, personable, and reliable work ethic that fits our close-knit team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- £13.00 - £15.00 per hour depending on experience.
- Part Time (16 hours) & Full Time Hours (32 hours) available must be able to work Saturdays.
