With a commitment to excellence and innovation, we have built strong partnerships with renowned global professional beauty brands and a reputation for providing exceptional service.

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Territory Manager with a strong hunter mentality—someone who excels at identifying new business opportunities, opening doors, and converting prospects into loyal clients. Based in either Christchurch or Auckland and covering the South Island, this full-time role includes regular travel across the South Island, along with occasional travel to our Auckland-based Support Office.

You’ll have the autonomy to manage your own schedule, backed by a supportive and collaborative team committed to helping you hit and exceed your sales targets. The ability to build strong relationships and deliver effective client training is essential to succeed in this role.

About You

You’ll be passionate about the beauty, skincare, and wellness sector first off and bring proven experience in a Sales/BDM/TM role. A background as a Skin Therapist is a bonus, but not essential.

Highly motivated, organized, and professional, you’re someone who connects easily with others and takes pride in nurturing long-term relationships. Your communication skills are second to none, and you love being on the road and are comfortable with travel.

What’s in it for you?

The opportunity to work with and represent world-leading brands.

The opportunity to work with a high-performing team who are passionate about what they do and who know how to work hard, while having fun along the journey.

There are plenty of opportunities to get together and celebrate (which we love to do).

The Next Step

If you’re passionate about beauty and skincare and this opportunity sounds like a strong fit for your skills and goals, we’d love to hear from you. Please apply with your CV and a cover letter outlining why you think you\’d excel in this role.
