Before we arrived on the scene, if you wanted really great beauty products, you had to shop at traditional beauty retail – and overpay for all the crazy markups. Now, our members have access to shop from the best-quality beauty and wellness products (from the leading labs in France, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Japan, Korea, etc) and get a bigger piece of the Beauty Pie.
So, what will you be doing?
Outbound Operations

  • Act as the primary escalation point for all outbound and order accuracy issues, ensuring swift resolution and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage the execution of sales orders related to collaborations, influencers, and other bespoke arrangements, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Monitor and drive On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery performance, identifying root causes of delays and implementing continuous improvement initiatives across outbound operations.

Sales Channel Operations

  • Coordinate the operational setup and day-to-day execution for emerging sales channels such as Amazon and TikTok Shop, ensuring seamless integration with internal systems and processes.
  • Proactively track and resolve outbound logistics issues with last-mile carriers and delivery partners, maintaining high levels of service and customer satisfaction.

Purchase Order Management

  • Ensure purchase orders for reorders, new product development (NPD) and ops are raised in a timely and accurate manner in line with business needs.
  • Identify and recommend improvements or automation opportunities within the PO process to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual errors.
  • Manage warehouse-related PO creation, including consumables and indirect supplies.

Process Support

  • Coordinate stock quarantine movements, ensuring proper documentation and communication with relevant teams.
  • Help to develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to drive consistency and compliance across all operational processes.
  • Collaborate with Quality and Supply Chain teams to facilitate controlled stock movements, including quarantines, investigations, and rework processes.

General Operations Support

  • Provide flexible, cross-functional support to the wider operations team, contributing to the delivery of key initiatives, daily performance, and strategic projects.
  • Assist in ad hoc operational tasks and process enhancements to ensure business continuity and operational excellence.

  • Prior experience in a similar role or one with transferable skills .
  • Experience of working in a fast paced, logistics, customer centric role.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships across various functional teams and externally.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude and a strong sense of urgency & priority.
  • Super organised & detail-oriented but able to see the bigger picture too.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders & influence at all levels of the organisation.
  • Advanced Excel skills + reporting capabilities.
