As a UX Designer, you will shape the customer journey from product discovery to purchase, applying user‑centred design across mobile, web, iOS, and Shopify platforms.

Job Requirements
  • A strong portfolio, demonstrating both UX thinking and UI craft, ideally within e‑commerce or product environments
  • Ability to solutionise at all stages with evidence of critical thinking
  • Expert in Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping, scalable systems)
  • Strong understanding of a variety of design systems, including interaction design, hierarchy, and visual systems
  • Solid understanding of responsive web design principles and ideally (not a prerequisite) to have experience with iOS and native app design patterns
  • Exposure to Shopify (themes, sections, blocks) – is a plus
  • Experience utilising basic UX research methods and usability principles to inform decision‑making at every stage
  • Exceptional communication skills with a collaborative, pragmatic approach
  • Truly agile mindset with a strong bias for action

Job Responsibilities
  • Product & Experience Design – translate product goals, user needs and data into end‑to‑end user‑journey solutions, applying clean and relevant design principles to create intuitive, low‑friction experiences that meet commercial goals.
  • UX Thinking & Discovery – participate in discovery, utilising data and research to support decisions and solutions, and communicate these to a non‑technical audience.
  • High‑Fidelity UI & Craft – produce elevated designs that are consistent and seamless across platforms.
  • Responsive & Platform‑Aware Design – understand and adapt to nuance across platforms, communicating these across contexts.
  • Design Systems & Scalability – contribute to building flexible and reusable designs, maximizing efficiency without compromising quality.
  • Collaboration & Delivery – partner with UX, Product and Engineering to understand constraints and flexibility, creating clear documentation and prototypes.
  • Data‑Driven Iteration – utilize analytics and A/B testing to review performance and inform iteration, owning key metrics to shape design moving forward.
