Requirements
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
- Experience with ERP (e. g., Net Suite) and demand planning tools (e. g., Anaplan) is a plus.
- Serve as the primary master data steward, leading the ongoing maintenance, auditing, and continuous improvement of critical planning parameters.
- Establish and enforce organisation wide data governance standards and validation protocols to ensure high data quality and cross-system consistency
- Strong, proven expertise in forecasting techniques, statistical modelling, and data manipulation.
- Strong interpersonal skills: an impactful communicator who builds strong, collaborative relationships across teams, and is able to influence across all levels.
- High ownership & accountability: a self-starter who operates with high autonomy and an execution-focused mindset, taking end-to-end accountability for the demand signal.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Established experience in demand and/or supply planning, ideally within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or beauty environment.
- Familiarity with S&OP processes and business planning
