As a Management Accountant you, you will join a high-performing finance team at a company in the midst of real, meaningful growth.

You'll take ownership of critical areas of the month-end close and play a key role in shaping the financial insight that drives decisions across the business.

Requirements

  • Qualified ACA/ACCA
  • Minimum of 1 year in industry (e-commerce or beauty background is preferable, but not a necessity)
  • Detail-oriented, with strong analytical, communication, and problem solving skills
  • Curiosity about how AI and workflow automation can drive efficiencies and create new opportunities
  • Experience in agile environments, being able to effectively solutionise in periods of positive change
  • Experience with Net Suite is advantageos
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with an appetite to keep developing your skills
  • Experience with multi-currency balance sheet reconciliations
  • A self-starter who takes full ownership of processes, seeks to improve them, and isn't afraid to challenge the status quo
  • Someone who consistently raises the bar on output and process quality
