Job Requirements

  • Microsoft Excel proficiency

Job Responsibilities

On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for:

  • Legal & Contract Support
    • Supporting the management of the company’s contract database by tracking key dates and obligations and helping administer the tool
    • Coordinating the signing and approval process for legal documents
    • Setting up and fact-checking basic legal documents and contracts using our templates
    • Liaising with the Member Happiness team on customer service matters, and with the marketing team to assist them with running promotions
    • Assisting with basic corporate administrative functions, such as organising meeting minutes and maintaining business filings
    • Conducting basic research as needed to support the General Counsel on various projects
  • Finance
    • Processing inbound supplier invoices
    • Managing and educating internal stakeholders with regards to Purchase Order processes
    • Communicating with suppliers regarding invoice & payment queries
    • Processing the weekly payment run
    • Setting up new suppliers in NetSuite and verifying bank details
    • Reconciliation of company credit cards
    • Processing employee expense claims and becoming an expert in our software
    • Support banking and treasury administration
    • Providing administrative support and performing ad-hoc tasks
