Before we arrived on the scene, if you wanted really great beauty products, you had to shop at traditional beauty retail – and overpay for all the crazy markups. Now, our members have access to shop from the best-quality beauty and wellness products (from the leading labs in France, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Japan, Korea, etc) and get a bigger piece of the Beauty Pie.
We are seeking a Junior Business Systems Analyst to join the business systems team on a 6-9 month FTC. As a Junior Business Systems Analyst you will be responsible for supporting various business functions including Member Happiness, Operations, Finance and Engineering by raising awareness and delivery of automation opportunities backed up by data insights.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career wanting to develop technical skills while working with enterprise systems like NetSuite ERP, Boomi Middleware and other business applications. You will gain hands on-experience with system maintenance, process improvements alongside developing your skills as a well-rounded systems professional.
The ideal candidate will have some knowledge of business processes with a passion for utilising technology to build out scalable solutions.
So, what will you be doing?
- Support and lead where appropriate, system improvement projects/strategic initiatives across Backend Business Systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams ensuring stakeholder requirements are aligned and prioritised with overall business strategy and goals
- Assist with the day-to-day Administration and maintenance of NetSuite ERP and surrounding business systems
- Learn to create and modify basic workflows, saved searches and reports in NetSuite
- Assist in providing first line support to end users across the business
- Learn middleware integration concepts through hands on experience with Dell Boomi
- Support business teams in wider technology improvements by staying up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies
- Manage development, configuration and customisation of ERP and 3rd party systems
- Develop and maintain data reporting dashboards
- Daily support of Backend Business Systems BAU processes
- Training key-users, end-users, and developing supporting documentation

- Some exposure with ERP systems, ideally NetSuite
- Have very effective communication skills and experience of communicating to stakeholders at all levels.
