Beauty Pie is looking for someone who understands not just social media, but the psychology and mechanics of attention. This is not a traditional "social media" role focused on trend replication or generic beauty content. We’re building a modern beauty buyer’s club with a distinct point of view that needs razor sharp storytelling to explain our highly disruptive proposition. We need someone who can amplify Beauty Pie’s USP across social channels through smart, platform-native content that drives conversation, sharing and commercial results. You’ll sit at the intersection of brand creativity, culture and growth - translating Beauty Pie’s vision into content people actually want to watch, share and talk about.
What We're Looking For
- Significant experience in social storytelling, editorial content, creative strategy or growth-focused social media
- Deep understanding of platform behaviour, creator culture and audience psychology
- Strong editorial instincts and an excellent sense of what makes people stop scrolling
- A genuine obsession with hooks, pacing, retention and attention mechanics
- Ability to think creatively and commercially at the same time
- Experience creating, briefing and overseeing short-form video and social-first content
- Confidence using analytics and performance data to guide creative decisions
- Strong communication skills and highly collaborative working style
- Entrepreneurial energy and comfort moving quickly in a constantly evolving environment
- Social editing tool fluency, and a roll-your-sleeves-up attitude
Most importantly, you understand how to turn a powerful brand proposition into content that travels. Part editorial strategist, part creative producer, part growth marketer, part internet anthropologist.
What You'll Be Doing

- Translate these into platform-native content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and emerging channels
- Test hooks, edits, captions, concepts, pacing, formats and storytelling approaches to understand what performs best on each platform
- Brief Creators, Editors and Designers - and create/edit content yourself where needed

- Develop recurring content franchises and editorial formats that build audience loyalty over time
- Ensure all content feels culturally fluent, commercially effective and unmistakably Beauty Pie
