Everything we do starts with our members.

Lifecycle Marketing sits at the centre of that experience.

We're looking for an ambitious CRM Executive who's passionate about email marketing and ready to take the next step in their career.

You'll also have the opportunity to work on campaigns that are regularly reviewed by our Founder, giving you exposure that's rare at this stage of your career.

If you're someone who loves email marketing, thrives in a fast‑paced environment and gets genuine satisfaction from producing flawless work, we'd love to hear from you.

As our CRM Executive, you'll be the driving force behind our weekly CRM newsletter programming, owning the end‑to‑end delivery of customer communications that reach millions of Beauty Pie members.

You’ll own campaigns from initial brief through to deployment and performance analysis, ensuring every campaign is executed accurately, on time and to the highest possible standard.

You’ll constantly look for ways to improve campaign performance through thoughtful testing, commercial insight and continuous optimisation.

No two weeks are the same.

From launching breakthrough skincare innovations and exclusive member perks to supporting key trading events and founder‑led campaigns, you'll play a key role in bringing our marketing calendar to life.
