We’re Beauty Pie. We’re the world’s first luxury beauty and wellness buyers’ club. And we’re disrupting the beauty industry, one face cream at a time.
Before we arrived on the scene, if you wanted really great beauty products, you had to shop at traditional beauty retail – and overpay for all the crazy markups. Now, our members have access to shop from the best-quality beauty and wellness products (from the leading labs in France, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Japan, Korea, etc) and get a bigger piece of the Beauty Pie.
So, what will you be doing?
- Reporting to the Commercial Copy Lead, you will write compelling commercial copy tailored for ecommerce platforms, including the DTC website, app, email and performance marketing ads
- Produce brilliant marketing copy for social media and digital ads
- Collaborate with the Product Storytelling team to create persuasive product descriptions and promotional copy
- Craft engaging email marketing newsletters and automated triggered flows (like replenishment comms, abandoned basket, etc.)
- Maintain a consistent, elevated brand voice across all content channels
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy and quality
- Coordinate with design team for visually appealing content integration

- Proactive, ambitious and energetic writer, looking for the opportunity to make your mark and achieve something remarkable
- 4+ years of experience in commercial copywriting for brands including Paid Social advertising copy
- Proven ability to write for ecommerce brands, DTC preferred
- Passionate about beauty, skincare and ingredients
- Excellent editing and proofreading skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Creativity and ability to generate original, impactful content
- Familiarity with analytics tools to assess content performance
- Strong understanding of using ChatGPT prompts to maximise time and efficiency
- Knowledge of A/B testing for marketing copy effectiveness
- Strong time management and organisational skills, flexible and able to prioritise workload
- Startup experience is a bonus
