Junior Video Editor, Ads in City of Westminster

Responsibilities

• Assisting in basic post‑production tasks such as colour correction, audio leveling, and exporting for different formats
• Learning how to optimise videos for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Keeping files and project folders neatly organised and labelled
• Supporting the Senior Videographer with video shoots and prep as needed
• Contributing ideas to creative brainstorms

Qualifications

• A proactive, motivated junior video editor to grow in a fast‑paced creative team
• Experience using AI editing tools
• Comfortable using Adobe Premiere Pro (basic knowledge of After Effects is a bonus)
• Interested in social‑first content, especially short‑form video
• Familiar with UGC and brand storytelling styles
• Detail‑oriented, organised, and keen to learn more about the production process
• Able to take feedback and use it to improve your work
• Passionate about video editing and always looking to develop your skills
