We\’re Beauty Pie, the world\’s first luxury beauty and wellness buyers\’ club, disrupting the industry by offering high-quality products directly to members, bypassing traditional retail markups.
What will you be doing?
- Develop, implement, and optimise supply chain plans for a complex SKU portfolio to meet customer demand, drive inventory efficiency, and maintain global availability targets.
- Ensure excellent product availability across our range.
- Monitor and analyse category performance, including demand forecast changes, in partnership with Demand Planning, to adjust supply plans accordingly.
- Partner with Demand Planning, SRM, and NPD teams to build a robust procurement strategy for new product launches and reorders.
- Play a key role in the IBP process for your categories.
- Coordinate smooth exit/transitions of discontinued products with minimal disruption.
- Conduct ongoing category performance analysis to support revenue growth and inventory efficiencies.
What are we looking for?
- 2+ years of solid supply planning experience with strong KPI results.
- Analytically minded with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Comfortable working autonomously and accountable for KPIs.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth businesses.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain including manufacturing, procurement, and logistics.
- Commercial awareness of FMCG, eCommerce, luxury beauty, or similar sectors.
- Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
- Adaptability to change, problem-solving skills, and a proactive communication style.
- Attention to detail and advanced Excel skills, with knowledge of MRP & ERP systems (Oracle Netsuite & Anaplan preferred).
