We’re Beauty Pie, the world’s first luxury beauty and wellness buyers’ club, disrupting the beauty industry by offering high-quality products directly to our members, cutting out traditional retail markups.
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Coordinator to manage TikTok as a key growth channel. The role involves end-to-end campaign management, creator partnerships, and affiliate performance analysis. You will also work with Meta Ads Manager when necessary.
This cross-functional role requires collaboration with our Creative Strategist and Paid Social Lead, as well as managing a network of creators and affiliates.
Responsibilities:
- Manage TikTok paid acquisition campaigns, including setup, optimization, testing, and scaling.
- Launch and oversee TikTok ad formats such as Spark Ads, TopView, In-Feed, and custom placements.
- Coordinate creator-led campaigns via TikTok Creative Exchange (TTCX), including briefing, reviewing drafts, and ensuring delivery.
- Source and manage creators through TikTok Creator Marketplace (TTCM), focusing on performance potential and rights management.
- Set up and optimize TikTok Shop product ads, including catalog integration and conversion tracking.
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards for performance analysis by creative, campaign, audience, and product.
- Regularly report insights and recommendations to the Acquisition Director and growth team.
