Communications Coordinator, Affiliates New London

So, what will you be doing?

• Support the Communications team in driving press and influencer coverage through strategic affiliate partnerships in the UK and US
• Collaborate with PR and influencer teams to identify and engage with affiliate partners who align with brand and performance goals
• Monitor and track affiliate-driven coverage across digital and social platforms, ensuring alignment with brand messaging
• Assist in coordinating affiliate campaigns, including briefing partners, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely execution
• Maintain an organised database of affiliate contacts, partnerships, and campaign details
• Prepare performance reports for affiliate campaigns, analysing coverage, traffic, and conversion metrics
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure affiliate collaborations are integrated seamlessly into broader PR and influencer strategies as required
• Assist in developing creative briefs and materials to support affiliate-driven content creation
• Research and stay informed on industry trends and competitor affiliate activities, identifying opportunities for innovation

• Prior experience in an affiliate marketing role in brands or agencies working specifically with press and influencers
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and its role in driving press and influencer coverage in the UK and US
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Meticulous attention to detail, with a focus on ensuring accuracy in tracking, reporting and communication
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in building and maintaining relationships with affiliate partners
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms and tools, as well as digital analytics platforms
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for working in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning
• Knowledge of the beauty industry and digital media trends
• Startup experience is a plus
