We are seeking an experienced and confident self-employed Facialist/Skincare Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for a therapist who specialises in hands-on holistic facial treatments, with buccal facial massage as a core and essential skill, and who is highly retail-focused and target-driven.
About the Role
You will deliver results-led, hands-on facial treatments with a strong emphasis on buccal facial massage. You will be confident in communicating with clients, educating them on their skin, and creating personalised home skincare routines to support long-term results. Retail performance and achieving targets will be a key part of this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced hands-on holistic facial treatments, with buccal facial massage as a primary technique
- Carry out detailed skin consultations and skin analysis
- Confidently communicate skincare knowledge in a clear, professional manner
- Create and prescribe personalised skincare routines for clients
- Actively recommend and retail skincare products to meet set retail targets
- Build long-term client relationships through trust, results, and education
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, professionalism, and client care
- Manage your own diary and clients as a self-employed therapist
Essential Requirements
- Qualified Facialist / Skincare Therapist (Level 2/3 or equivalent)
- Proven, hands-on experience in buccal facial massage (essential)
- Strong retail experience with a target-driven mindset
- Excellent communication skills and confidence educating clients
- In-depth knowledge of skincare products and routines
- Professional, reliable, and confident working independently
- Self-employed status (or willingness to register)
Working Hours
Part-time, flexible working hours. Every other Saturday required. Immediate start available.
