Right now, we are looking for an experienced Senior Own Brand Manager to lead the development and growth of our exclusive own brands; By BEAUTY BAY & Samplr. This is a high-impact, unique opportunity to shape and drive the future success of our growing own brand portfolio where you will balance market and customer insight, with product innovation and current trends to deliver measurable growth. Ensuring both brands remain current and capture the of our beauty loving community!
Responsibilities- Using in-depth customer insight to develop a clear brand strategy and growth initiatives for both brands
- Developing innovative propositions to drive new customers and excite our existing loyal base
- Work with marketing to execute impactful campaigns to launch new products, drive brand loyalty and deliver sales
- Track brand performance and recommend improvements, adjusting KPIs and focus as needed
- Foster strong partnership with internal colleagues
- Has a genuine passion for Beauty
- Previous experience in either a beauty buying, category management or commercial leadership role in a similar fast paced / trend led sector
- Excellent analytical skills
- Solid project management skills and track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Solid commercial and creative skills and enjoys turning ideas into innovative go-to-market plans
