The Role:
As Senior Designer you will work as part of a fast-paced, ideas-driven team on a variety of creative outputs, from product launches and campaign rollouts to packaging and social. You’ll collaborate closely with the NPD, Studio, Social, Influencer, Trade, and Buying teams to bring the brand to life across static, animated, and printed formats. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong digital design experience, a sharp eye for detail, and knowledge in packaging and print, to own projects with confidence, ensuring every touchpoint feels fresh, consistent and ahead of the curve.
Key Requirements
- Work as part of a fast-paced, ideas-driven team on a variety of creative outputs.
- Collaborate closely with the NPD, Studio, Social, Influencer, Trade, and Buying teams.
- Bring the brand to life across static, animated, and printed formats.
- Own projects with confidence, ensuring every touchpoint feels fresh, consistent and ahead of the curve.
- Graphic Design Degree (or other relevant creative field), OR equivalent industry experience coupled with a strong portfolio.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Experience in a similar in-house or agency role, ideally within beauty, fashion or retail.
- Packaging design experience is essential, and a portfolio showing concept development through to artwork-ready delivery.
- Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- After Effects/motion skills are a strong bonus.
- Confident working across digital and print, with a strong eye for typography, layout, colour and composition.
- Strong understanding of packaging production considerations (finishes, print constraints, artwork setup, file delivery).
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects, switch priorities, and deliver to tight deadlines.
- Proactive, collaborative and confident, comfortable owning projects while working closely with others to get the best result.
