KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will help your Store Manager to lead, train and motivate the team to hit performance targets and maintain exceptional standards of customer service.
- Organizing, overseeing and performing stock-takes.
- Daily cashing up.
- Holding of keys, opening & closing of store.
- Meeting all KPIs/Targets set by the Company (Sales, Performance, Shrinkage).
- Overseeing the receiving of stock.
