Beauty Base is a fast expanding company which is looking for bright and hungry candidates. Opportunities for progression and to run your own store are available as we are planning on opening a number of stores in the near future.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will help your Store Manager to:
- Lead, train and motivate the team to hit performance targets and maintain exceptional standards of customer service.
- Organizing, overseeing and performing stock-takes.
- Daily cashing up.
- Holding of keys, opening & closing of store.
- Meeting all KPIs/Targets set by the Company (Sales, Performance, Shrinkage).
- Overseeing the receiving, checking, pricing and merchandising of deliveries.
- Reporting of queries and discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Refunds and exchanges.
- Liaising and following instructions from Directors and Head Office.
