KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Following exactly and abiding to Company Rules & Procedures within the times specified, which may change from time to time.
- Informing your Seniors/Directors within the Company immediately of any issues that may arise.
- Providing customer services and replying to customers on all E-commerce platforms.
- Reporting any issues with Triquestra, Visualsoft, and Tiktok platforms.
- Marketing: advertising / stands / liaising with Managers & associated people.
- Managing the back end of the E-commerce platforms.
- Maintain and Merchandising of the products on all platforms.
- Requesting and uploading product images and information in line with company guidelines.
- Creating digital content for all E-commerce and Social Media platforms.
- Creating signage for product sales.
- Processing Tik Tok sales through infinity system.
- Liaising with Visualsoft daily and Directors for Bloggers events and product promotions.
- Processing orders, and ensuring all orders are shipped in a timely manner.
- Managing stock takes, stock on hand and movement of stock from Beauty Base Online.
- Answering phones and general office duties.
- Training other staff where necessary.
- Attendance at venues & meetings including travelling where necessary.
- Helping in other departments as and when necessary.
