We're looking for an ambitious, talented Beauty Therapist / Aesthetician (NVQ/VTCT Level 3) to join our award-winning team. As a Beautology Aesthetician, your mission is simple: Meet, Greet, and Treat – You’ll deliver exceptional skincare and advanced aesthetic treatments while creating outstanding experiences for every client. Whether you’re newly qualified or already have experience, we’ll take your career to the next level with in-house training, personal development plans, and opportunities to grow into senior and specialist roles.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering bespoke consultations to assess skin concerns and goals
- Creating personalised treatment plans using Beautology’s tried-and-tested protocols
- Performing high-standard treatments that deliver visible results
- Carrying out a wide variety of treatments including skin, body, and laser services
- Maintaining a clean, professional environment with high standards of hygiene
- Attending regular training and team sessions to expand your knowledge and skills
- Be a part of your client’s transformation – and their happiness!
Requirements:
- Beauty Therapy Level 3 (Or equivalent)
- Proven experience as a beauty therapist / aesthetician or in a similar role within the beauty industry
- Laser treatment experience
- 'Right to work' in the UK
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with clients
- Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly demeanour
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
