We're looking for an ambitious, talented Beauty Therapist / Aesthetician (NVQ/VTCT Level 3) to join our award-winning team. As a Beautology Aesthetician, your mission is simple: Meet, Greet, and Treat – You'll deliver exceptional skincare and advanced aesthetic treatments while creating outstanding experiences for every client.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Delivering bespoke consultations to assess skin concerns and goals
- Creating personalised treatment plans using Beautology's tried-and-tested protocols
- Performing high-standard treatments that deliver visible results
- Carrying out a wide variety of treatments including skin, body, and laser services
- Maintaining a clean, professional environment with high standards of hygiene
- Attending regular training and team sessions to expand your knowledge and skills
- Be a part of your client's transformation – and their happiness!
Requirements:
- Beauty Therapy Level 3 (Or equivalent)
- Proven experience as a beauty therapist / aesthetician or in a similar role within the beauty industry
- Laser treatment experience
- 'Right to work' in the UK
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with clients
- Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly demeanour
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
