As a Field Pump Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of pump systems across client sites.
- Carrying out on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of various types of pumps.
- Conducting inspections and troubleshooting to diagnose pump faults accurately.
- Providing technical advice and guidance to clients on pump operation and maintenance.
- Delivering excellent customer service, building long-term client relationships.
- Maintaining accurate service records, including maintenance schedules, repairs, and parts used.
- Knowledge of on-site treatment plants and pump stations (foul and clean water).
- Ability to work independently in a field-based environment.
