Are you an experienced Pump Sales Manager with a proven track record in selling total pump solutions to include pump install, pump service, repair and maintenance contracts to Facilities Management & Landlords of Commercial Buildings & Industrial sites in the London & Southeast UK region? Are you familiar with managing a large portfolio of commercial clients as well as being successful in winning new pump install & service business?
Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager with proven success in comprehensive pump & plant room systems sales, PPM and reactive service business development to join the team, ideally with a technical background and the ability to provide specialist engineering pump solutions for commercial blue-chip companies.
The main purpose of the Sales Manager is to introduce new sales and manage existing corporate accounts, offering services such as emergency repair, servicing and maintenance contracts and nurturing existing FM and Landlord clients to ensure business growth.
Key Responsibilities of a Pump Sales Manager:- On site visits to new and existing clients.
- Issue of quotations adhering to company gross profit targets.
- Site/technical reports to be fed back to production department to assist in production/scheduling works.
- Project management of larger orders including close liaison with production teams to make sure timelines and requirements are met.
- Demonstrate strategies for building long-term client relationships in the pump industry.
- General prospecting and business development, with a keen eye for identifying new prospects.
- Utilising CRM software to manage technical sales pipelines efficiently.
- Developing customised solutions for clients’ technical needs.
- Measuring and improving sales performance metrics in technical sales.
