We're one of the fastest growing jewellery brands in the UK – over 5 million pieces sold to 1,000,000+ customers worldwide in just 5 years. Our team is kind, talented and driven with big goals. We consistently innovate, test new things and learn fast.

About the Role

You’ll own the full product development cycle end-to-end for our jewellery, watches, accessories, and seasonal packaging. From competitor research and idea generation, through designer briefs and sample reviews, to approval and content team handoff for launch. You’ll work alongside our Founder Seema and our London-based jewellery designer, while being the go-to decision-maker on trends, aesthetics, and product ideas day to day. We’re expanding into watches and new categories in 2026, and you’ll lead that from day one.

What You’ll Do

  • Research & Ideas: Track competitor launches and trends, browse factory catalogues and marketplaces, and develop original product ideas that feel distinctive and true to Beautiful Earth.
  • Designer Briefs & Iterations: Write clear, inspiring briefs for designers across jewellery, watches, and packaging. Manage all feedback rounds until every piece is right.
  • Samples & Approval: Order samples to your home, review quality and feel, approve or request edits, and coordinate with factories on any refinements.
  • Themed Collections: Plan new collections from trend research through to designer briefs and content team coordination on visual execution (photography direction, styling).
  • Packaging: Own seasonal packaging end-to-end (~1 major project per quarter) – concept, designer briefs, sample review at home, factory feedback, and handoff to ops.
  • New Categories: Research and launch new product lines starting with watches. Source partners, evaluate catalogue items, and manage the full brief-to-launch cycle.
  • Factory Comms: Day-to-day async messaging (WeChat/WhatsApp) across 5-10 product timelines simultaneously.

What We’re Looking For

  • Exceptional aesthetic taste and visual eye – you know what looks elevated, on-trend, and true to our brand. This is the #1 thing.
  • Outstanding brief-writing skills – clear, actionable briefs that designers nail first time.
  • Genuine passion for product trends – you browse catalogues and analyse best-sellers in your spare time.
  • Highly organised – 5–10 timelines at once, nothing dropped.
  • Experience in product development, buying, or merchandising in fashion, accessories, jewellery, or beauty.
  • Comfortable with async remote work (Slack, WeChat, WhatsApp). Factory experience is a big plus.

What Are Some of the Perks?

  • A dynamic, goal-oriented, and kind team environment.
  • Remote working with fully paid trips to London to meet with the team through the year.
  • A fully paid team holiday anywhere in the world.
  • 25 days paid holiday and 8 UK bank holidays.
  • Free jewellery!
  • Monthly fitness budget.
  • Lots of training opportunities including paid courses and conferences. This is a unique chance to grow into a leader.
