About the Role: You'll own the full development cycle end-to-end for all our jewellery launches. • Samples & Approval
    • Order and review samples at home
    • Make clear go/no-go decisions and push for improvements with factories
  • Collections & Launches
    • Build cohesive jewellery drops with strong commercial appeal
    • Collaborate with the content team on visuals and launch execution
  • Factory Communication
    • Manage daily communication with factories (WeChat/WhatsApp)
    • Keep timelines moving efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong commercial instinct (fashion jewellery) - you understand what will actually sell
  • Excellent aesthetic taste aligned with beautiful, elevated & everyday jewellery
  • Ability to work fast without overthinking or over-perfecting
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple timelines at once
  • Strong brief-writing and communication skills
  • Comfortable reviewing CADs and giving clear, actionable feedback (CAD creation is not required)
  • Genuine interest in trends, products, and what’s currently performing in the market
  • Experience in jewellery, accessories, fashion, or product development
  • Comfortable working remotely and communicating async with suppliers
