About you: We are currently hiring a highly motivated and ambitious Social Media Executive to refine and execute our social media strategy aimed at increasing our brand awareness & differentiating ourselves as a brand, driving engagement, and generating sales. We are looking for someone who can build a strong short form video content system for organic social media (IG and Tiktok primarily with some focus on Youtube & Pinterest) that consistently delivers high engagement and fosters a community of loyal followers. Your goal will be to create a reliable pipeline of engaging, potentially viral video content, with an initial target of one video per day, and gradually increasing output. This role involves creating a robust content calendar, managing influencer relationships, coordinating high-quality content production, and ensuring the success of our social media campaigns. Key Responsibilities: 1.Content Strategy and Planning: Develop and manage a content calendar based on seasonal trends, product launches, and current viral trends. Take inventory of existing content and identify needs for new content creation, including filming and editing videos and sourcing new materials. 2.Influencer & Content Creators Collaboration: Work with the influencer team to source content from influencers and content creators. Create video briefs & write copy, negotiate prices, and manage influencer relationships to maximize the quality and quantity of content. 3.Content Production: Collaborate with the content team to source video content for socials involving models and videographers. Prepare detailed briefs with shot lists for specific shoots, ensuring high-quality output. 4.Analytics and Reporting: Regularly analyze social media performance and provide detailed reports. 5.Budget Management: Manage the social media budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to hit our goals. Desired Qualities: 2+ years of experience in social media for a DTC brand, agency or your own account. Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas. Experience working with influencers and managing content partnerships.
