WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Own the process end to end: outreach and contracting with local creators and location partners, through to production planning, shoot execution and final delivery.
- Brief and onboard creators, tracking every deliverable against the asset matrix and contract terms.
- Coordinate each shoot week, including crew, logistics and real time problem solving on the ground.
- Act as the day to day point of contact for the client, escalating early wherever risk shows up.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Proven experience producing social-first content and creator-led shoots, ideally across multiple international markets.
- Strong end-to-end production ownership, from creator outreach and contracting through to shoot execution and final delivery.
- Experience briefing and managing creators, crews and production partners, keeping multiple deliverables on track.
- Excellent production planning and logistics skills, with the ability to coordinate fast-moving shoots across locations.
- Confident client-facing communicator who can manage expectations, flag risks early and solve problems quickly.
- Comfortable working across multiple time zones, stakeholders and concurrent productions in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly client-facing, with proven experience managing social retainers and creator-led productions, and the flexibility to work across US hours when required.
