WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Own every creative call across the project, from reviewing location and shoot options for genuine content potential through to signing off the final creative and media plan.
  • Concept social executions and hooks built to perform, not just look good, with a constant pulse on what's trending across TikTok, Reels and the wider social landscape.
  • Translate the client's brand and social guidelines into a working playbook the whole team can use to make fast, on brand decisions.
  • Direct creators on treatment, tone and craft, then hold the quality bar on everything that comes back.
  • Lead sign off on briefing packs and creative lock ahead of production.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Strong experience leading social-first creative, from initial concept through to final delivery.
  • A proven track record creating high-performing social concepts, formats and hooks across TikTok, Reels and emerging platforms.
  • A strong understanding of social trends, platform behaviours and what makes audiences engage.
  • Experience developing social creative playbooks and guidelines that turn brand strategy into actionable creative direction.
  • Confidence briefing and directing creators, with a strong eye for tone, storytelling, craft and quality.
  • Experience overseeing creative for shoots and productions, including locations, treatments, briefing packs and final creative sign-off.
  • Strong creative judgement with the ability to give clear, constructive feedback and maintain a consistently high creative bar.
  • Highly client-facing, with proven experience managing social retainers and creator-led productions, and the flexibility to work across US hours when required.
