We are seeking a reliable and professional Skip & RoRo Driver to join our team, supporting sustainable waste management and collection across the region.
Shift Pattern & Hours
- Days: Monday to Friday
- Start Time: 06:00 until finish
- Weekend Rota: 1 in 3 Saturdays required
- Breaks: Paid breaks included

Key Responsibilities
- Operating HGV Class 2 vehicles (Skip & RoRo) for safe and efficient waste collection and delivery.
- Completing daily vehicle walkaround checks, basic maintenance, and reporting defects promptly.
- Planning efficient routes to maximize productivity and lower environmental impact.
- Managing collection and delivery records accurately using a digital tablet system.
- Delivering excellent customer service while maintaining strict health, safety, and compliance standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Licence: Valid UK HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence.
- CPC & Tacho: Current Driver CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph card.
- Experience: Proven Class 2 driving experience (Skip or RoRo experience preferred).
- Compliance: Solid understanding of driver hours, tachograph rules, and load securing.
- Fitness: Physically fit for manual handling and happy working outdoors in full PPE.
