Panda is seeking a Skip and RoRo Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of our skip and RoRo services in the Leeds area. You will manage drivers, planning and fleet resources to ensure safe, efficient deliveries, exchanges and collections, while taking responsibility for operational P&L and cost control.
You’ll maintain a visible presence, set clear standards and drive performance across safety, compliance and customer satisfaction. A CPC and full UK driving licence are essential.
