You’ll manage a substantial fleet, a network of subcontracted hauliers and a team of drivers and supervisors to deliver safe, compliant service and strong performance.
You’ll optimise vehicle utilisation, monitor costs, develop your people and lead safety investigations, audits and risk assessments, while keeping to Operator Licence obligations
