Panda is seeking a Nightshift Manager to oversee site operations during the nightshift at a busy waste and recycling facility.
You will lead the night team, ensure safe and efficient processing of waste streams, and drive RDF and SRF production targets while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.
You will report to the Site Manager / Operations Manager, manage labour and equipment, and deliver clear handovers to the day shift.
