About the Role
Contract: Fixed-term until 31 December 2026
Location: Multi-site role with frequent travel required
We are looking for an experienced On-Site Training Facilitator to support the implementation of Workday HCM and Payroll, alongside UKG Time & Attendance, across multiple sites. You will deliver engaging, practical and accessible training to employees, managers, system administrators and HR teams. Working closely with the project and transformation teams, you will help users build the confidence and skills needed to use the new systems effectively. This is a hands-on role requiring regular travel and a strong on-site presence, particularly during system rollout and go-live periods.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver face-to-face, virtual and scenario-based training sessions
- Adapt your delivery for different audiences, including frontline employees, managers, administrators and HR teams
- Work with the Colleague E2E Project Team, Transformation Team and Head of Learning to understand training materials, timelines and rollout plans
- Localise training content to reflect site-specific requirements and different levels of digital confidence
- Deliver training effectively within a culturally and linguistically diverse workforce
- Provide on-site support during go-live and hypercare periods
- Act as the first point of contact for training-related questions
- Gather learner feedback and share insights with the project team
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of training materials and delivery methods
- Maintain accurate attendance, completion and user-readiness records
- Promote the benefits of the new systems and help users overcome concerns or barriers
- Coordinate training schedules and logistics with site leadership
- Ensure training activity supports operational requirements and wider business processes
About You
You will need:
- Proven experience delivering training within a fast-paced, operational or multi-site environment
- Experience supporting a system implementation or digital transformation programme
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to engage people across different roles, cultures, languages and levels of digital confidence
- Confidence using digital training tools and platforms, including Microsoft Teams and e-learning software such as Articulate
- Strong organisational, time-management and record-keeping skills
- The ability to work independently and manage changing priorities
- Flexibility to travel frequently between company locations
Experience in any of the following would be beneficial:
- Workday HCM or Payroll
- UKG or another time-and-attendance system
- HR, operations or workforce management
- Change management and user-adoption programmes
- Adult learning principles or instructional design
- Delivering training to multilingual workforces
