The Role
As a 2nd Line Engineer, you'll provide technical support to a varied client base across Microsoft and infrastructure technologies while gaining exposure to project work as your experience develops.
You'll be supporting environments including
- Windows Server
- Microsoft 365
- Share Point migrations
- Watch Guard Firewalls
- Uni Fi switches and wireless networking
You'll also have the opportunity to learn new technologies such as telephony, with full support and training provided.
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving technical problems and wants to continue developing their career.
You'll ideally have
- Previous 2nd Line Support experience
- Good knowledge of Windows Server and Microsoft 365
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
Previous MSP experience would be advantageous but isn't essential.
